Shipping Cost

We provide a flat rate shipping fee for all orders. Additionally, orders exceeding $50 qualify for free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

We recognize the importance of prompt delivery and have outlined our estimated timeframes as follows:

Please note that these delivery times are approximate and may vary based on your location. In most cases, orders are delivered well before the maximum estimated timeframe.

International Shipping

International orders might incur import taxes, customs duties, and various fees imposed by the destination country. It's important to note that these charges are the responsibility of the buyer, so we suggest checking with your country’s customs office for details about any potential additional costs.

Please keep in mind that customs clearance can sometimes lead to delays that extend beyond our initial delivery estimates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may create and appreciate your understanding.

harry.b.y.d cannot accept liability for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses, the ongoing unavailability of the recipient, customs-related issues, or force majeure events.

Liability and Responsibility

harry.b.y.d isn't liable for any delays or losses that result from circumstances outside of our control, including, but not limited to:

- Natural disasters or extreme weather - Wars or civil disturbances - Government actions or regulations - Force majeure events

Orders

Packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address accidentally, or arrive in separate packages.

Refund Policy

Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
